Ben was so awesome! He quickly assessed what happened to my battery, and during the replacement process, he was eager to answer any questions I had. He made sure to tell me exactly what he was doing when he was doing it. I learned a lot from him. A really nice guy, and my appointment was over in 20 minutes! Dominic exceeded my expectations. It's obvious he cares about doing the best job he can for his customers and actually investigates and troubleshoots the problems with the vehicle instead of simply replacing parts, as most mechanics do. He was able to run diagnostics and pull a code out of my vehicle's memory that the dealership either couldn't, or was to lazy to attempt. This enabled him to narrow down the exact cause of the issues and initiate a direct fix, instead of going with a guess.
