I have never meet a mechanic more honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy than Lucas, in my whole life. Perhaps because I am a woman, mechanics in general don't think I have any knowledge about cars and try to over charge me or do repairs I do not need. They are wrong, because I shop around, I research the symptoms, I buy my own parts, and try not to be a victim as much as possible. When two mechanics told me that I need a new alternator, the symptoms did not match and I had my doubts. When Lucas gave me a diagnosis turned out that it was just a loose battery connection and a dirty rag that the last mechanic that worked on my car "forgot" behind my alternator and was choking it up. Wow! He figured it out because he was not trying to cheat me and because he is extremely observant and meticulous and has great knowledge about cars. If that is not enough, I was preparing to make some other repairs that has been diagnosed by other mechanics and turned out they were all wrong. He pinpointed the real problem and advice me on how to take care of it on my budget. I love this man. I would never allow anyone else to touch my car, even if I have to wait for an appointment. He is definitely worth the wait and I am happy to recommend him, especially to those ladies that are tired of being taken advantage off. He adds great value to the team working at "YourMechanic". Mechanic was on time and very professional. Checked issue with car and give solution on how to fix.

He was on time, checked to make sure he had all the correct parts, and checked the car to see what other repairs I may need. I am booking the oil change upon his recommendation. I may be also booking him for front and back brakes
