Has always given it to me straight up and gotten two of my trucks up and back on the road in one visit. Great overall first experience changing the serpentine and A/C belts on my 2001 Pathfinder. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to listen and answer questions. A real ease of use with out the drop offs and waits you have to go thru at dealerships, or even local mechanics. This may not be the service for extensive repairs given some services require a lift and other more involved repairs, but for routine services a great way to go. Def will use again.
