Joe called ahead of appointment to verify his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the parts he would be using and also indicated he would be checking some of the common fluid levels. During his inspection, he pointed out that I was low on a few and would need to top them off soon. Upon completion of the job, Joe reviewed what he had done, indicated the things he would recommend doing soon, and processed the payment with no additional charges. This was exactly as promised...excellent!

David was great! He arrived on time and was very helpful explaining the issue and what was needed to fix it. He also let us know some other issues that we should address in the future.
