2019 Nissan Altima 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Wonderful experience! Lucas was early and ready to get to work. I informed him I had work to do (remotely) and he was totally fine with being alone handling the mechanics. Got my car up and running within a few hours and was very professional, patient, and willing to educate on what to look out for, etc. Very grateful and will be using him again for future services!

Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018. I will address this issue with my dealership and sure I will be using you in the future. Thanks so very much!
