Deane was very friendly and trustworthy. He arrived on time and finished early. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!!

He went through records of prior repairs of other brick and more shops to see what he did and answered any questions I had with kindness, professionalism, and most importantly honesty. He seemed came of quite angry when he was looking at some of the parts in the car as they installed parts incorrectly and ask for higher pay than what was required for the job. He also had to come back for repeated inspections, and I washed his device as it showed more issues. He will show you his device as it is pulling the data before he even says or types anything in. Hard to lie at that point and will spend extra time double-checking anything you're concerned about.

I was very satisfied with Matthew. He listened to my car issues I was experiencing and afterwards he explained what his findings were. Communication from the company and Matthew were superb.
