2000 Nissan Altima 101,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I had an appointment with Ben for oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was at 3 pm but Ben arrived a couple hours later because he was stuck at his previous appointment. However, Ben did a great job and he dint rush through the service even though it was at the fag end of the day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he had done and also answer some of my questions. I'd definitely recommend Ben. My only dissatisfaction would be that no one called to notify me that Ben would be arriving late. I had to call YourMechanic half hour past my appointment time and ask them.

Travis was great, he was honest and that’s something huge I look for in any mechanic service. He had to come out twice and was able to make sure he would be the same mechanic servicing my car the second time since there was an issue with the part provided initially. He definitely did his due diligence and was sure to go to the extra mile to make sure the car was taken care of. Definitely a great mechanic.

All around great guy. And he is very knowledgeable about anything that needs to be serviced on your car. I will definitely be reaching out to get my next repair done with Ronald. 
