1992 Nissan 240SX 97,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was 4th time Chris did repair on my car. Usually arrives early, great. Charged for the required parts only which brought the price which brought down the price. We definitely prefer him to do repair on my car.

James arrived a little earlier than our scheduled appointment, so we had some time to chat and go into detail about the car's history and so he could provide a more thorough diagnosis of my car. James was very polite, friendly, and a great conversationalist during the appointment. Related to the actual appointment, James was very thorough in his diagnosis of my car and even helped me understand a bit more about my car and what it needed so I could take that information and learn from it. During his report, he determined what was wrong with my car (a bad injector) and even went beyond to determine things that could come up as potential issues and how to remedy them. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'm glad that I went ahead and setup an appointment for James to diagnose my car. If I had someone that needed a mechanic or someone to diagnose their car, James would likely be the first person that came to mind.

Mike did an excellent job at communicating throughout the process. It was easy to feel confident in the work he performed, and I really appreciated how quickly he was able to resolve everything once he had identified and assessed the problem(s) with the car. This was not only great customer service, but just a pleasant interaction overall, which eased the stress of having a non-functioning car.
