I've always been "huge" on Friendly Customer Service. Dan was kind and friendly from the time he pulled up to my home. He was extremely patient with me and my many many questions. He provided fast, friendly service to my vehicle. After checking over my car, he was honest in telling me that I needed to take my vehicle to a shop that has specialized testing equipment to better determine what exactly keeps draining my battery where it goes completely dead every 4 or 5 days. Kenneth was professional and very informative in terms of the services I requested and explaining the general health of my car. He determined the problem immediately upon inspecting the engine of the car and determining a need to clean the throttle body. What stood out in the service was that Kenneth took the time to educate me about the different parts and processes that are going within the car, and he was very considerate by explaining everything in layman's terms. He was quick, efficient, and got the job done and more; I will definitely book him for any future auto needs.
