Robert was great! Professional and punctual! Was open to answering questions and showed me the progress he was making during the process. The only thing I would’ve like is if he’d debriefed me on findings and areas he wasn’t able to check during the 50 pt inspection. I’d have liked to have been shown the problem area before seeing it in the recommendations afterward. Other than that, Robert was awesome and finished the job super fast!

Excellent service. Not only is he VERY knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain to me in depth why I was encountering my original issue - I always feel that some mechanics come and do the work and leave. While that's great especially if they did a great job, I'd like to feel more connected to any issues my car encounters. Kenneth did just that and more. I'd like to have him look at my car again. His customer services skills are excellent. Probably the best mechanic I've encountered since I've lived out in Southern California. A+ service.

Jeremiah showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed the issue (Starter). He slid under the car for a check, and then used his floor jack to lift the car high enough to operate on it. Within 30 minutes, it was done. No fuss, no muss and a very Professional Man. They said the price would be $270 and it was. Easiest car repair in a while, although I have been a loyal customer of my current mechanic for 12 years or more.
