2005 Mitsubishi Galant 101,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I really appreciate that Jesse was my mechanic. Jesse put a starter in my car previously and I was super pleased with his honesty and professionalism. As he did today he spoke in language I could understand and took time to properly diagnose my car and explain each step and what was needed. In the future if possible I would prefer Jesse to any other mechanic to come out to work on my car.

After going through two previous mechanics, who incorrectly diagnosed the problem, James was a sight for sore eyes!!!! The previous guys said it was a headlight HCI problem. James quickly determined it was the ignition and will install the part tomorrow morning!!! Sharp!!! Kudos to James!!!!! Also, very nice and explained everything!!!!!

Mr. Ross was very friendly. He explained everything to me and showed me all of the bad parts. He preformed the work in a timely manner. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. Will call on Mr. Ross again in the future.
