Kenneth was excellent. He arrived early and had all the tools required to do the inspection. He was honest about the state of the car and what services were and weren't required. Kenneth was very competent, pleasant and I would highly recommend.

On time, very efficient in checking and then changing the battery out,. He ran into a nest of wasps or some other stinging, flying nuisance bugs under the hood of the second car, so he rescheduled that one but had me pick up the battery that vehicle needed so he can just come back and install it when the flying stingers are gone. This was easy and took only the time needed. It was a pleasure.

Yoel is a kind and pleasant person. He very thorough. I like they way he broke everything down to me on what needs to be done on my car.
