On time, very efficient in checking and then changing the battery out,. He ran into a nest of wasps or some other stinging, flying nuisance bugs under the hood of the second car, so he rescheduled that one but had me pick up the battery that vehicle needed so he can just come back and install it when the flying stingers are gone.
