I had spent 2 days trying to figure out why my Sprinter wasn't starting, and I had given up. Andrew was determined to figure out where the short was that was keeping my vehicle from starting, and he found it!

Christopher was extremely helpful and went above and beyond inspecting a vehicle I wanted to purchase sight unseen. He took the time to discuss through everything on the phone and offer advice, and was nothing but polite and professional. He’s clearly a knowledgeable mechanic, I would highly recommend him.

As a woman, a lot of mechanics have spoken down to me due to my gender, been condescending when explaining things, or just acted plain creepy towards me. I am very happy to say that I experienced none of those things with Thomas, he was professional and courteous and very informative. He let me know what was wrong with my car and took the time to explain all of the factors that led to the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. The car I had serviced was a Mercedes and it can be difficult having that car worked on without seeing a specialist that works specifically on European cars, but Thomas was very knowledgeable while also being very clear and open about what he was less familiar with regarding European cars. Will definitely have him work on my car in the future and would recommend to anyone trying to find a mechanic for their car.
