John arrived on time. We had to drive to the location of the vehicle since it was in storage and he followed. John is knowledgeable. He was able to evaluate the suspension, chassis, alignment, and general condition. He even was able to tell if the vehicle had been used for heavy loads. Overall a great experience.

Thank God we got Henry and not one of those others. Two other mechanics brushed us off because they were scared to deal with our car because it was so tricky. He kept us informed of any delay he was having before we had to reach out to him. From the minute he arrived he was very warm with a positive attitude, was not rushing, and paid attention to detail. We will definitely book him again for our next job.
