2009 Mercedes-Benz GL550 210,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

He was early, which turned out to work in my favor! He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He pointed things out that I should look out for when I explained that it was first car; something he probably didn't have to do. If I need services in the future, I hope I get him again.

Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him. He's the man! But have confidence in this man - let him diagnose the problem first ad explain it. Cheers!
