I was able to diagnose that I needed to replace both of my front ABS Wheel Speed Sensors before booking Jessie. As a woman, a lot of mechanics have spoken down to me due to my gender, been condescending when explaining things, or just acted plain creepy towards me. I am very happy to say that I experienced none of those things with Thomas, he was professional and courteous and very informative. He let me know what was wrong with my car and took the time to explain all of the factors that led to the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. The car I had serviced was a Mercedes and it can be difficult having that car worked on without seeing a specialist that works specifically on European cars, but Thomas was very knowledgeable while also being very clear and open about what he was less familiar with regarding European cars.
