1996 Mercedes-Benz E320 142,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I scheduled an appointment with Chuy for diagnostic services. He knew immediately that the problem with my vehicle was a warn out ESL module that will need to be replaced. He was a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable person and I would call on him again.

Michael came hours before previously scheduled which was great since the last 2 mechanics cancelled on me via text at the last minute. He was very polite and got the job done in no time! He answered all questions and was very helpful with my service.

Derrick did a great job replacing my serpentine belt to my Mercedes as well as replacing the pulley. When preparing to fix my car Derrick already concluded from his knowledge that something I had to be broken for my belt to break. It was the pulley. Derrick had no problem taking me to the auto store to pick up the needed part. He made sure it was correct before leaving & after a few my car was back up and running. Thanks for your help and keeping me at ease with the frustrations of a broken down car.
