1996 Mercedes-Benz E300 63,750 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. He's definitely the one we'll call with any future repair needs!

Jeremy did everything to get things in working order, but a repair needed to be done at the shop.. He kept the original belt on, and did not install a new one. I have to bring to the shop that did not repair it properly. I hope that the charge for the belt, and possibly a few dollars because the belt could not be replaced to make it run, that I could be refunded for that portion.

Awesome mechanic! My car has been laid up in the garage for months because I wasn't positive what was wrong and was afraid I couldn't afford the repairs. James helped make sure we got everything sorted out, and I get to drive my car again. Fantastic.
