Gregory was awesome! Took the time not just one day but two in a row to make sure we got the problem solved with my husbands car. It had been sitting for a good while and were worried we might not get the problem figured out in time for my husband to have to go to work again but Greg made it happen! He was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain to us what he believed to be the issue with the car. I wasn't sure about this company after they cancelled on me twice, but I'd call them again in a heart beat knowing guys like Greg work for them. Thank you again so so much Greg!!!!

Hugo arrived ahead of time which was a welcome surprise especially for a car door that would not close. He fixed it within an hour and it has worked fine since that time, even though I still may need to get the part door actuator and have it replaced, he told me.

This gentleman was on time and listened very well to my questions and answered accordingly. He displayed a professional demeanor and was well versed in auto mechanics. He was fast and efficient and completed a thorough analysis of my car. I would have this gentleman back to my home again and will request him for further repairs. In addition, I will recommend him and your organization to everyone I know and further, to people I do not know. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees are very hard to find these days and it is key to great customer service.
