Andrew did a great job getting my Mercedes back up and running again with a new battery (and I also added in an oil change, which the car needed). He was friendly and knowledgeable about German autos; that will come in handy in the future, as we have had only Mercedes and Audis for many years and it's difficult to find a good mechanic whom you can trust to take good care of your car and get the job done quickly and well. excellent; extremely knowledgeable of a 2005 mercedes benz c2404matic; when he finished putting the regulator in and got the window functioning properly despite some really tough hurdles. Its necessary to disconnect the side door airbag SRS, and once disconnected, its very difficult to erase the SRS code. Diego was able to use a new scanner to erase the "SRS" light in the cluster. I was pleasantly surprised. I spend many hours per week on MBenz forums and almost no one has had success erasing the SRS light. Now I have a functioning passenger side power window and no more SRS warning light in the instrument cluster.
