2016 Mercedes-Benz C450 AMG 60,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time using a at home service for my car , after reading the comments from other customers I decided to give it a try , and oh my gosh I was totally shocked by the professionalism that Rodney provided he showed up early which I was fine with cause I am a tickler for being on time and on time he was , so that was a big check mark , professionally dressed with company logo uniform . Not only did he find out the problem with my car but also did a inspection of the entire car , let me know that my tires were low and recommended that as soon as i get it running go and get them inflated and told me what pressure for front and the rear . So yes I was very happy with Rodney and the service he provided and the overall attention of the company putting customers first . Looking forward to seeing Rodney next week for the repairs .

Jeremy was excellent, he is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz. As soon as he arrived and check on the problem was able to give me a estime of the repair, he came back the next day with the battery for my car and installed it with no problem. Loved his prompt response and his work ethics. He is kind and knowledgeable. I will give him a 10+ out of 10. Thank you Jeremy!!

Michael deserves a full 5 stars for his honesty and work. I had rated him earlier at 4 stars because he broke the temperature sensor but admitted it right away and said he would return with the part and fix it at no charge, I admired his awesome honesty but was not sure if he would follow through and hence the 4 stars rating earlier. But he followed through and it was all completed and so he deserves the full 5 stars for his knowledge, experience and above all his integrity and honesty which is not common with the mechanics these days, So he needs to be recognized for that. I might give him a 4.95 stars which is not possible because he forgot to put back the tensioner pulley dust cap and could not find it later. Its a minor part and cant be bought at the store either which is annoying but I would still give him 5 stars because of his honesty, efficiency and knowledge. He was quick and efficient. Keep up the good work Michael.
