He was early, which turned out to work in my favor! He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He pointed things out that I should look out for when I explained that it was first car; something he probably didn't have to do. If I need services in the future, I hope I get him again.

Eliud diagnosed and did all he can to find the root cause of my car problem. It wasn't mechanical but told me the fix. His remedy was exactly what he said. I call a locksmith the next day and they reprogram my ignition switch and the car cranked right up...Great guy, Thanks

OMG, Faraz is awesome. Very skilful, smart and professional. I have always taken my Mercedes S550 to a local dealer, and so was very worried that a remote mechanic would be able to deal with my finicky car. I was blown away. He replaced the starter in just about 1 hr. That's about half the time that the Dealer takes. Also the dealer charges 4 or 5 times the price! This is a no-brainer. My first time with Faraz, but I'm also making reservations for a transmission change and coolant replacement. And for my friends and family's cars too... But don't you also rush to him. I don't want him to be too busy for me!
