The appointment was set at 9 am and the mechanic arrived almost 40 minutes later. He could have called me and let me know he was running late and why. Once he arrived he mentioned he had to stop by somewhere to get some piece he needed for a later appointment. Fixing the problem did not take that long.

I have to be honest, this was the first time that, I have EVER felt 'at-ease' around an auto mechanic.
