1996 Mazda Protege 78,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was very prompt in calling me and informing before the scheduled appointment that he was running late by 30 mins. That was totally fine by me. He very quickly could figure out that its the alternator problem, and had it replaced. He also told me that I need not pay for the alternator as it has a warranty on it, which I thought was really good. It saved me some money. And as a bonus, he lives close to me and would be the go-to reliable person for my car issues in the future.

Was flexible with the scheduling. Quickly determined that the vehicle was having computer communication issues which can only be diagnosed by a Mazda dealer/ service depts.

My experience w/Michael was awesome! He showed up on time & was very professional, kind, & helpful. He answered all of my questions & got the repair done quickly but most important the repair was done correctly. He didn't do a half-ass job like mechanics I have dealt with in the past. I was quite pleased with my experience. He also informed me of concerns regarding previous work done on my car & showed me the work he had done. I felt at ease for once & didn't worry about being ripped off like past experiences. I will definitely be coming back to "Your Mechanic" for repairs in the future. I highly recommend them & Michael.
