Professional and friendly, Greg communicated the exact issues that were present with the motor mount and how the axle was impacted as a result, which explained why there the car was shaking. He went above and beyond to ensure that the engine was securely placed as well as jump starting the battery in order to complete the service. He explained when an oil change would be next needed, and also recommended topping off the power steering fluid. Very pleased with the thoroughness of his services.
