This was my first experience with Your Mechanic service. Very happy with Deane as my mechanic. He saved the day for me. He is honest, thorough, and no worries about someone else who might make up services that were really not needed, which I have felt is sometimes the case when travelling to auto repair businesses nearby.

Busier-than-usual traffic conspired against punctuality: a minor point, and easily forgiven. Service was much faster than I expected, and YourMechanic's convenience remains unsurpassed.

My appointment with Lavell for my 1992 Miata was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., and, much to my surprise, he arrived around 1:35 p.m. to replace the starter. This was not the first time he arrived early due to schedule changes. I was very thankful and appreciative. Lavell is extremely knowledgeable, a complete professional, efficient, and communicates well. I will not hesitate to call him again for future repairs.
