John was on time for the appointment and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my car not starting, and also conducted an overall inspection of the car. This was useful because he mentioned an issue or two I was not aware of that I will need to watch as I don't want problems to develop. Overall time of service was approximately one hour. I would utilize the services of Your Mechanic again although of course I'd prefer not to have more problems with the car!

I could not have asked for a more skilled and professional mechanic. He explained each aspect of his assessment, what was needed and what to do to maintain my vehicle.
