He did a good job but only two things happened during the service. Firstly, he came 3 hours late because he did not expect other customer will take a while. Secondly, he recommended to replace Spark Plugs and told me that will take half an hour to do them but indeed took 5 min.

I didn’t personally deal with James , my husband did. He was happy with James. Work. Overall James did. good job. He was polite listened our concerns and answered my questions. The only thing I was not happy with; i thought the quote included replacing the belt that was making the screeching noise, since that was the main reason I called for repairs.
