2020 Mazda CX-9 95,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how happy we are with Lucas. He quickly identified the problem, explained the basics of what was going on, and THEN he mentioned that it may still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. He gave me step by step instructions who to call and what to ask for. As if that wasn't enough, he sat with me and my infant son in my car while I called the dealership to make sure I was asking all the right questions. In the end, he was RIGHT! We got a $400+ repair for free from the dealer!!!! I realize Lucas could have easily just done the repair, made some quick cash and not mentioned the warranty, but what a good and honest guy he is! We have some work we need done on my husband's car and we're totally sold on Lucas and Your Mechanic.

James arrived early, was super helpful and knowledgeable, and gave great car advice! I had a pre-purchased inspection done and the seller was very late but James was so patient and waited until the seller showed up. Will definitely be using James the next time I need a mechanic again!

He put voice memos in his report, which was a great help. He also said that I could call him with any questions. When I called he was very good answering my questions and providing more details. He went above what I asked for in his inspection especially looking for pet hairs in out of the way and hidden places. He also said that I could call again if I had more questions. I'm very happy with Alex!
