Ben was able to instantly diagnose the real issue on why my car was not starting, just from the sound of trying to crank the car. Even though Ben, was able to identify the issue right away, he still did a thorough check of the entire engine. By Ben checking the engine, it also cancelled out a lot of misdiagnoses, by previous mechanics. Great service very thorough and even caught a lazy oil change job forgot to attach a hose back when they did the oil change. And recommended to add antifreeze and get a battery holder harness so battery would slide.
