Mr. Ben was the ultimate professional. He arrived early, with a big smile and presented all his certified certificates of all his 39 years of experience as a mechanic. Ben was able to instantly diagnose the real issue on why my car was not starting, just from the sound of trying to crank the car. Even though Ben, was able to identify the issue right away, he still did a thorough check of the entire engine. By Ben checking the engine, it also cancelled out a lot of misdiagnoses, by previous mechanics.
