1997 Lincoln Town Car 85,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Good communication with me on the day of the service, came over an hour early (Awesome). Had lower control arm replaced, job was done in a little over an hour and everything went smoothly, even helped me with an unrelated issue with some coil spring spacers/boosters that were put on my car by some idiot at the rim/tire shop. ...... one week later and the work is solid, no more squeaking from worn bushings

I do not like bringing my car to a dealer for repairs. Now that my warranty with the Lincoln dealership has expired, having a mechanic come to my home was extremely appealing to me. I read through many reviews and looked specifically for a mechanic with experience to my car. I requested John and could not be more pleased. He answered numerous questions, quickly identified problems and thoroughly checked my areas of concern. He did not try to upsell service or repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations and will definitely request him again as well as recommend him to my friends.. John was honest and professional.

Claud arrived early, confirmed the appointment, and Identified himself. Claud demonstrated professional and friendly abilities. Claud assessed and confirmed the issue with my car. He was prepared with the required tools and completed the job promptly. Claud noticed two tires were low and he filled them. All of my questions were answered and Claud went over the protocol if I should have any issues.
