Patrick was great!! The hardest thing with care repairs is trusting your mechanic. Patrick gain my trust which is hard to do. I had already been mis-informed and was asking for repairs my car did not need. Patrick listened to my journey and then did his own assessment. Patrick could have easily kept the same story going, but chose to be honest with me. Due to his honesty, I save $700.00... This alone is enough said. My stress is now reduced to "Returns", who wouldn't be happy with that. I will be telling my story to anyone who will listen and all references will be for Patrick's service. Good communication with me on the day of the service, came over an hour early (Awesome). Had lower control arm replaced, job was done in a little over an hour and everything went smoothly, even helped me with an unrelated issue with some coil spring spacers/boosters that were put on my car by some idiot at the rim/tire shop. ...... one week later and the work is solid, no more squeaking from worn bushings

Brian arrived early and figured it out in less than 15 minutes. Will book him again since it is more convenient to have him come at the house instead of paying a tow truck to get the car to a service center. Not only did we save money by not using a tow company but we also saved money with Bryan' quote. Will book him again next time we need service on any of our 3 cars.
