Patrick was great!! The hardest thing with care repairs is trusting your mechanic. Patrick gain my trust which is hard to do. I had already been mis-informed and was asking for repairs my car did not need. Patrick listened to my journey and then did his own assessment. Patrick could have easily kept the same story going, but chose to be honest with me. Due to his honesty, I save $700.00... This alone is enough said. My stress is now reduced to "Returns", who wouldn't be happy with that. I will be telling my story to anyone who will listen and all references will be for Patrick's service. Dan was AMAZING. He came early, and was able to diagnose and fix my problem (and a related problem that I didn' t even know I had) in under 30 minutes!! I love this service!!

Have to say, Kenneth is everything mechanics need to strive for. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on all things car-related, is on-time and what I found the most important, is that he gave detailed recommendations on what steps to take first. I have an old, high-mileage, Navigator with multiple problems. In the interest of saving money and not just throwing parts at it hoping it'll run fine afterwards, he gave specific recommendations on what test to get first to make sure the internal engine is fine before tackling everything else wrong with the car. He schooled me on some car terminology which was helpful as well.
