2011 Lexus RX450h 40,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I would like to rate Peter 10 stars if I could! Here's a guy who's already hit 1000 5 star reviews! That's insane! When two other mechanics cancelled on me for a brake flush on my Lexus RX450h, YourMechanic sent their "best" tech out to do it. And they weren't kidding. Peter is one of the very best if not "the best" there is. Not only did he do the job quickly and correctly but he has an amazing bedside manner. He is one of the most intelligent people I've met in a long time and I had an amazing conversation with him. You can tell that he loves people as well as cars and it is more than just about the money for him. YourMechanic has a superstar here and they should have him training staff for how to treat clients as well as for his vast knowledge about cars, how the subsystems work, and how to troubleshoot and repair them. If YourMechanic continues to hire such top tier guys like Peter, car shops are going to be in trouble. Absolutely amazing service in every way. YourMechanic has brought humanity back to car care and has given amazing mechanics a more flexible schedule so it's a win-win. I really enjoy getting to know the person who is directly taking care of my vehicle. You just cannot compete with that. Thank you Peter. It was a sincere honor to meet you! And what a great accent! Claude was a pleasure to meet and truly made sure everything was correct before he left. He was always willing to answer numerous questions I had and never made me feel as if he was trying to sell more services than what was corrected. He made recommendations only and left it up to me as to what I felt was needed. He was right on time and appreciated his efforts.
