First time using Your Mechanic and it was a great experience. Carlos communicated with me via text before showing up for our appointment. He was on time and very professional when he introduced himself and took care of everything needed on the car service. Carlos identified a couple of potential problems. Those problems primarily related to the power steering pump which I had replaced about six months ago by another mechanic and are still covered by the warranty.

We appreciate Jonathan for a good work done on our car. Needed to do brakes, brake flush, change rotors and were excellent. He educated us about the brakes and why they wore done. Told us why we needed to change oil every 6 months even if the mileage on the car is not up to change oil. He took time to recommend what needed to be done on the car on a regular basis to keep it running well in the long run. We will be coming back for more services with my mechanic.com for future works thanks to Jonathan’s education info.

Ronald came out to investigate why my lights were not working after they were changed at my last appointment. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was knowledgeable and personable and, best of all, he fixed the problem!
