He tore my car apart and put it all back together while I sat inside in my recliner watching a baseball game. He fixed or replaced everything I had asked for at the price they had quoted me before I had finalized the appointment. There were no surprises or cost changes. He found things that would need attention in the future, pointed them out, explained each problem, and provided me the cost for each possible future repair. He didn't leave any mess behind and was very personable.
