HMatthew had to come back as parts were bad. This happens. He is always on time and very thorough and stays on task even though I talked his head off. He also makes sure his work is complete by testing it and never refuses you to watch or be in the car. I've done it both ways. Usually if someone isn't being upfront they refuse these things. He is very helpful when you ask any questions about your vehicle. He's very experiemce and knowledgable. He is also a pleasant person to talk to.
