Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

James was amazing according to my father in law. So that means a lot. I had to be at work so we had our car at my father in laws house. James came over early with advance notice was prompt and ready to go. Had all his equipment and was in and out with in a couple of hours.
