2000 Lexus ES300 100,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was extremely thorough and professional in his work to diagnose and fix the emissions systems of the 1999 Lexus. I was impressed that he methodically debugged the problem to find and replace only the parts that were malfunctioning rather than a more costly approach to change everything they MIGHT be the problem. His communications related to his arrival on site and the arrival of an additional part that had to be ordered overnight was definitely appreciated. 5 Stars.

I wish I can give her 7 stars. A consumate pro who delievered as promised inspite of getting hit by a snow ploying truck on her way to our appointment. No excuses, no bs, no stories or cop outs, no cancellation...She took care of my problem swiftly. My recommendations do come easy, go and ask the first 2 people who I tried. I hit them with 1s cos I couldn't do zeros. They were horrible.
