James was great unfortunately he was not a mechanic he worked on my car mechanic and worked on my car improperly installed a water pump and caused my mother to fail and your mechanic is finding themselves not liable so now I’m taking in a court I would not suggest using this company because they don’t stand behind their mechanics or their customers very bad experience and $20,000 later for a new motor

Jermaine is officially Captain Clutch!! He came out and did full front and rear brake pad replacements on my vehicle on a Sunday morning in freezing weather right before it was about to rain. He even crushed the estimated repair time by about an hour. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the one of the brake rotors, but Jermaine hammered it into compliance and took care of it on the spot. I don’t have enough good things to say about Jermaine and the work that he did, he’s all world. I needed to get back on the road and he made it possible for me to do such without me having to get my vehicle towed to the dealership where I know they would have charged me an arm and a leg. Thank you Jermaine, I appreciate you! Five star service, well deserved!!
