John was very professional and experienced in fixing cars. I made the mistake of diagnosing the problem and the part, I was wrong. I highly recommend having John diagnose the problem with the car first visit and taking his advice on the next steps to fixing the car or truck. I rated John four stars because he did an outstanding job of helping me with a 2008 LR3 with over 200K miles. These cars are high$$$ maintenance and the extent of the work needed to be done is best spent and placed into a trade-in on a new car.

Miguel did a great job explaining to me the issue at hand. in addition, he recommended services to alleviate my check engine light issue. He also did a troubleshoot technique to ensure the vehicle functioned closer to normal capacity than it had done.

Nice guy but 15 minutes late. And I was worried at first because I had to explain the difference between a Range Rover and an LR4. But he work quickly and throughly answered my questions. Wish he wore a mask during our interaction and sanitized what he touched.
