2008 Kia Sportage 57,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Best service and mechanic experience I've ever had. First time he came out the part didn't fit right and he informed me it might be damaged. Went and got new part that fit perfectly and was super honest and straight forward through the whole process, while also not charging me another penny for having to do the process twice. Matter of fact the final price was LESS than the original quote online. Highly recommend and would use Brett again in a heartbeat!

Super knowledgeable and honest which is hard to find in this industry. My engine has not been fetting as much air as it should. My car has been by several mechanics (not associated with this site) in the last 30 days. Everyone has tried to sell me unscary things without addressing real issues. I made an appointment to get the brakes done and I meant to ask Tabitha to check the hoses eyc but I totally skipped my mind. Tabitha was quickly aware of the problem and advised me accordingky.
