Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. Jay knows what he’s doing. He assesses the problem and solves it. Turns out I don’t need to have the starter I bought installed. He just cleaned the cable going to the fuse box in the engine and he got the car started. Will be returning the OEM starter I bought.
