Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. Jimmi was phenomenal! I have been worried about my car and he was so kind, put me at ease, and got to work. I didn't even realize how quickly time had gone by until he was done.
