Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. Was really patient with me in explaining what could possibly be wrong with my alternator and that it may not have to be replaced yet. But then he actually discovered and fixed the issue with it on a final check before he was meant to leave, after completing the other services requested. Excellent work.

Very good at his work along with going over my car with a complete inspection he completed the work in a timely manner. He will be the only one doing work on my car in the future
