2008 Kia Sportage 18,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I appreciate Matt's ability and knowledge. I understand the company not wanting their mechanics to work on cars that were previously worked on by the customer or another mechanic, but don't see that that is reasonable to expect, cars are likely to not have been worked on prior. The problem that led to this last repair was due to my having crisscrossed two connectors. Very unusual to have connectors in close proximity to each other that are the same and can plugged into each other. But I hat was my fault for doing this. I would recommend any mechanic take the car for a road test to be sure it is working correctly. Despite the obstacles, Matthew was very thorough in his troubleshooting and would recommend him as a mechanic. The company applies restrictions on communicating with their mechanics and I can understand why, but if Matthew and I had been able to be in contact sooner, we could have solved the problem earlier.

Needing a tuneup on an older car I recently bought and not sure who to take it to; I chose PepBoys and was immediately given the option of having the mechanic come to me! Best decision ever. My car first of all was taken care of just like I was hoping, I didn't have to leave and take it in and other than paying, I didn't have to do anything. It was beyond convenient, price very reasonable; Anthony was finished sooner than I expected, was able to give me info on something not included in the tuneup that needed to be fixed somewhere else. Appreciate this option, the service and the mechanic they sent out for me and my car today. It took a weight off my mind to have my car taken care of (and ultimately me and any passengers) and be able to take care of it myself. Thank you!
