Nicholas diagnosed the problem with our car quickly, fixed the wiring that was damaged, and saved us the cost of a new alternator. He explained to me very clearly what was wrong and how he would attempt to fix the problem. He was able to fix what was wrong. Like most people with limited mechanical knowledge, I take my car to a shop to have my cars worked on by a professional. This experience with Your Mechanic, and Nicholas, showed me that one does not need to go to a shop to have great service. Nicholas did an excellent job and I will be requesting him again should I need a mechanic in the future.

Phillip was very professional, have arrived earlier, did the job on time and explained all details very clear. The job was an inspection but Phillip went above and beyond and fixed some parts.

Needing a tuneup on an older car I recently bought and not sure who to take it to; I chose PepBoys and was immediately given the option of having the mechanic come to me! Best decision ever.
