Robert was very professional and friendly during his investigation into my car problem; and although it turned out that my particular issue will have to be addressed by the dealership, I wouldn't hesitate to utilize Your Mechanic again... and preferably having Robert to do the service.

Needing a tuneup on an older car I recently bought and not sure who to take it to; I chose PepBoys and was immediately given the option of having the mechanic come to me! Best decision ever. My car first of all was taken care of just like I was hoping, I didn't have to leave and take it in and other than paying, I didn't have to do anything. It was beyond convenient, price very reasonable; Anthony was finished sooner than I expected, was able to give me info on something not included in the tuneup that needed to be fixed somewhere else. Appreciate this option, the service and the mechanic they sent out for me and my car today. It took a weight off my mind to have my car taken care of (and ultimately me and any passengers) and be able to take care of it myself. Thank you!
